Your satisfaction is our priority. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll gladly help with a return.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

– The product is in its original condition
– Unused, unworn, and free of damage
– Tags remain attached and packaging is intact
– A receipt or proof of purchase is included

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you and process a refund to your original payment method. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply.

Eligible Return Cases:

+ Misprints or poor-quality printing
+ Spelling mistakes made by us on the design
+ Wrong color sent compared to the order
+ Stains or unexpected marks on the garment

Any other errors caused by our production or service:

+ Non-Returnable Cases
+ Wrong size chosen by the customer
+ Incorrect design/print selection submitted by the buyer
+ Spelling errors in custom text provided by the customer
